Ryan Schwark, PhD

Ryan Schwark, PhD, has joined Catalyst as a scientific communication and technical advisor. He has spent much of his career navigating the technical details at the intersection of genomics, molecular biology, and neuroscience. A trained genetic analyst, Ryan is the rare scientist who enjoys making complicated science accessible to both experts and laypeople by translating technical findings into clear, narrative-driven content, including first-author research published in top journals. He received his doctorate from Columbia University and conducted research at the University of Pennsylvania.
